Getting Involved
Every day people are taking steps to improve their digestive health.
Gut Week was set up in 1999 to help people understand the importance of good digestive health. While the campaign has reached over 350 million people in the last ten years, we want to be able to help, educate and support many more.
The dates for the 2010 Gut Week will be released soon but in the meantime, there are still plenty of ways to get involved. Whether you want to find out more for yourself, for friends and family, or want to help spread the word, the links below will help you further.

Making displays
Sometimes taking the first step to seeking help can come from simple information – a poster or a leaflet. If you have a noticeboard or display area in your workplace, hall, hospital, waiting room – anywhere then perhaps you can help others take action in a simple way. Send an email to info@yakult.co.uk and label your email ‘Gut Week Display’
Gut Week on the Road
Can we come and visit you? The Gut Week team is following on from last year’s tour to come and offer digestive health advice. We can bring our stand to your workplace and set up in a canteen or reception area and anyone can come and ask for help and advice – or simply take away some information. If you would like to book a place then please email: shayden@yakult.co.uk
(please note places in Gut Week on the Road are subject to availability)
